I work with a wide range of clientele, from a year old to someone late forties/early fifties. I have had a lot of clients who've come to me with anxiety, depression, body image issues, Domestic violence and sexual assault. I have worked with trauma for over five years and I love helping clients with processing what they went through. I love helping clients gain insight as well as an understanding for what they've gone through in their lives.

Therapy can be scary, so I try to make it a safe place to be open and vulnerable without judgement. I'm very creative in my approach with therapy, utilizing your strengths, interests, and personality. I love doing sand tray, art and music as therapy and I have been recently trained in EMDR.
Asking for help can be very difficult, so the fact that you are on this website shows real courage and strength.I take a client-centered approach meaning you are in control of what you want to work on. I am also an ally for both to LGBTQ+ and any person of color. and although I'll never understand your struggles, I am here to listen and provide support.
