Groups
Mother Hunger Psychoeducational Group

This group is for adult daughters who feel lonely, disconnected and long to feel seen, heard, and understood around the pain of their relationship or lack thereof with mom. When you have experienced Mother Hunger you may struggle with relationships, addictions, and/or difficulties with food. Mother Hunger describes what it feels like to grow up with a mother who insufficiently meets the needs of you as the daughter. It leaves you struggling to feel secure in relationships and sure about yourself. Mother Hunger often involves lack of nurturance, protection, and/or guidance.

Pregnancy Dialogues

This is a group for expecting parents who feel excited, nervous, and overwhelmed about welcoming their new baby into the world. The group discussion will focus on connecting to this pregnancy and this baby, practicing relaxation and breathing exercises to reduce stress, having a dialogue with your baby in the womb and feel the baby’s reactions, and balancing self-care with new family dynamics and life after birth. This group is ideal if you are 20 weeks pregnant or more. Feel more prepared, relaxed, and connected to your baby prior to their arrival.
