I provide ecotherapy and individual counseling in-person, as well as virtual availability and sliding scale rates through Open Path Collective.
I often work with people who identify as being thoughtful, creative and sensitive; but, who also struggle with a felt sense of safety due to oppression, a lack of support, or a need for more tools. I use Family Systems, Existential, and Person Centered lenses. I use MI and Solution Focused concepts, and am currently a level I practitioner of AEDP.
