I have advanced training in family systems, the Gottman Method, and Brainspotting, working at the intersection of relationships and the parts of life that never came with a manual. If we are working one-on-one, with your partner, or your entire family, I focus on the deeper relational patterns that keep people stuck, not just surface symptoms.
