As a licensed marriage and family therapist with over 20 years of experience, I help clients navigate some of the most difficult transitions in life — divorce, breakups, grief, anxiety, depression, and identity loss. If your life looks completely different than the one you imagined, you're not alone. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling untethered and unsure of how to reconnect with themselves after something life-altering. Rebuilding your life can feel overwhelming, but together, we’ll make space for healing, clarity, and growth.

Therapy is offered in a non-judgmental and caring environment to optimize learning and growth. I utilize a holistic approach considering the mental, physical and spiritual aspects of an individual. I combine somatic CBT, EMDR, mindfulness, and emotion focused therapies as well as ketamine assisted psychotherapy.

We'll start with a thoughtful, exploratory conversation about where you are right now, what's weighing on you, and what you're hoping to gain. Whether you're unsure or crystal clear, we'll work together to shape meaningful goals and map a way forward. My priority is creating a safe, grounded space where you feel fully seen and supported.

With Somatic CBT we explore how your thoughts, feelings and behaviors are expressed in the body and begin to identify stuck memories to target to begin to reduce tensions held in the body.
