I enjoy working with couples who are stuck in negative patterns and are seeking deeper emotional connection. I value generational work with clients who want to explore inherited patterns. My approach is centered on helping clients connect with themselves and what they want, build a sense of autonomy over what they can influence, and find peace with what is outside of their control. I am an attachment-based, integrative therapist who draws from several modalities, including Emotionally Focused, Narrative, and Contextual Therapy. I am available for in-person sessions in Renton and via telehealth throughout WA State.
I help couples rebuild trust and safety, addressing challenges including conflict, disconnection, and infidelity. My work focuses on fostering understanding and empathy between partners, allowing for a more fulfilling and secure relationship. I also enjoy working with clients navigating 1.5 and second-generation immigrant experiences.
