Using Accelerated Resolution Therapy, somatic, and parts-based approaches, we’ll work to calm the constant mental noise, help your body feel safe again, and create real, lasting change — not just short-term coping.
I currently have limited weekly daytime openings available.
I also support individuals healing from religious trauma and the lasting impact of rigid or harmful belief systems. We gently work through anxiety, shame, and self-worth struggles connected to these experiences using compassionate, trauma-informed care.
