I have been working with families and individuals since 2011. I love helping people discover more peace and connection in their lives as well as create a healthy work-life balance. I enjoy working with teens and adults. I have experience working with depression, anxiety, and focus on eating disorders as well as body image issues. I have worked with many individuals with anorexia, bulimia as well as binge eating disorders. I also help navigate codependent and other challenging relationships.
I incorporate different therapeutic techniques such as meditation, coaching, energy work, CBT and solution-focused therapy. I help individuals gain knowledge and skills they can apply to their every-day lives. I use a holistic approach that includes emotional, physical and spiritual attributes of every client to meet their needs and achieve their goals.
