Do you feel like you’re navigating life on autopilot, with anxiety or depression making it difficult to show up for your work, your relationships, or yourself? You may find yourself caught in cycles of people-pleasing or seeking external validation, only to end up feeling drained and unfulfilled. If you feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, know that you don’t have to navigate this alone. In our sessions, we’ll move beyond the 'what' to understand the ' the roots of your struggle while building practical, compassionate strategies to help you reclaim your confidence and advocate for your needs.
I use an integrative, evidence-based approach, drawing from psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused techniques, and trauma-informed Brainspotting. Therapy is tailored to your unique experiences and goals, helping you create real shifts in how you think, feel, and relate to others.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked in physical therapy and rehabilitation. After experiencing the loss of someone to suicide, I felt called to focus on mental health—because nothing is more important than your emotional well-being. If you’re ready to take the next step, I invite you to reach out for a free phone consultation.
