I work with individuals and couples who have experienced pain, trauma, stress or family relationship challenges. My approach is warm, collaborative, validating, and low-pressure—I aim to meet you where you’re at during each session. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, or disconnected, I strive to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and supported. Therapy with me has an approachable and laid-back feel while still being intentional. I offer individual and couples therapy, EMDR therapy, anxiety management techniques, relationship support and talk therapy. Therapy in my office is LGBTQ and poly inclusive.
I specialize in working with individuals navigating relational struggles, trauma, and life stressors. I use trauma-informed methods and help you set goals that feel right for you. I also offer couples therapy, discernment counseling, and divorce or co-parenting support. Whether your concerns feel big or small, I will support you through managing them.
