Super Parent Group
Is your child struggling with emotional outbursts, difficulty tolerating distress, or issues with impulsivity? Supersensors require Superparents—parents who are equipped to support and guide their children through these challenges. In this DBT group, you'll learn emotion regulation and parent management skills to help your child navigate emotions. You'll gain strategies to de-escalate emotional outbursts, handle crises, and reduce feelings of guilt and self-blame. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to build a support network with other parents who understand what you're going through.
