I enjoy working with clients who are motivated to grow and heal, and I welcome the opportunity to walk alongside you on that journey. I am passionate about this work and about supporting individuals who are ready to move through their trauma and rediscover joy. I am especially drawn to working with childhood trauma and inner child healing, gender and sexuality–related concerns, co-occurring disorders, depression, and stress-related conditions. I also have a special place in my heart for supporting those navigating postpartum challenges and infertility, as I understand the isolation and grief that can arise during these experiences.
As an LPC, I take a Person-Centered approach, offering support and guidance throughout your healing process. To help address unresolved trauma, I utilize Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), somatic exercises, and mindfulness practices. I also have training in ethical non-monogamy and addiction.
Our life experiences can create emotional blocks and negative beliefs that may no longer serve us. As your therapist, I will offer insight and tools to help you move toward thriving while deepening your connection to your own inner wisdom.
