I am a strengths-based, holistic, trauma-informed guide to help you reach the root of issues through mind, body, and spirit. I have a strong background in treating trauma, especially sexual abuse. I have worked with almost every demographic across the lifespan and have multiple certifications, including integrative medicine, trauma-informed cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing, among others. Together, I will guide you in learning how to heal yourself, so you can be the hero of your own story and become who you were always meant to be.
