You are the expert in your story, & together we will work hard to find solutions and peace. I specialize in working with young adults, but I also have clients of all ages. Additionally, I focus on body-focused repetitive disorders like trichotillomania (hair-pulling disorder), ADHD, OCD, anxiety & infertility issues. I see all clients residing in California via telehealth only. Update: No insurance slots are open; only cash pay, I do offer superbills.
I use an integrative humanistic and client-centered approach within a holistic framework, incorporating modalities such as mindfulness, DBT, CBT, and narrative therapy. I don’t adhere to just one approach; instead, I draw upon various modalities that I believe will benefit you. This includes anxiety, depression, BPD, trauma, self-esteem issues, & much more!
I understand that seeking therapy can be a brave and difficult decision (I've been there myself!), so I strive to provide compassionate and understanding care to each client. I create a safe space to foster an authentic connection, helping you build trust and make the most of our time together. I offer online sessions exclusively for residents of California.
