I offer a safe and nonjudgmental environment where clients can be vulnerable when working towards healing. I work with clients to strengthen their communication and coping skills to be able to work on their daily stressors in a positive and healthy way.
My specialty is helping clients learn to self-regulate emotions. I have extensive experience working with individuals who have experienced trauma, depression, substance abuse, anxiety, and struggle with self-esteem. I am trained in EMDR and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and a Licensed Professional Counselor.
I believe mental health services should be accessible to everyone. My goal is to provide a safe, respectful and healing environment to support personal growth. My practice is hybrid allowing for us to meet in person, or virtually to meet your needs.
