About
Natalie is passionate about working with individuals and families affected by trauma, adoption, and LGBTQ+ related struggles. She works closely with the adoption constellation, the LGBTQ+ community, and people of all ages who are actively struggling with trauma reminders and responses. Natalie is compassionate, patient, and empathetic when it comes to all areas and walks of life and is here to assist you during life's transitions, changes, and challenges.
Natalie approaches therapy from an attachment and trauma competent perspective—she believes in the power of relationships as the most influential factor in long-term growth and healing. Natalie loves partnering with individuals and families to reach their goals and to help them understand each other (and themselves!) more fully.
Conflicting advice, fear of getting it “wrong,” and the demands of everyday busy lives can complicate any issue and make it challenging to feel successful. No matter your walk through life thus far, Natalie is here to help!
