I have extensive training in a range of psychotherapeutic treatment techniques and modify my interventions to meet individualized needs. I have experience working in private practices, community clinics, government agencies, and in inpatient hospitals.
Through gaining self-awareness, my clients are able to access their resiliency and strengths, learn new skills, and lead a more a healthy, balanced life. I work individually with children, adolescents, and adults with a wide range of psychological concerns and cognitive abilities. I also work with couples, families, and groups as well.
