When relationships hurt or family life feels strained, it can feel like every effort leads back to the same painful place. I work with couples and families who feel stuck, distant, overwhelmed, or unsure how to move forward, including parents and children struggling to understand one another. Together, we slow down, make sense of the patterns beneath the conflict, and create room for new choices, stronger connection, and hope. My goal is to help each person feel heard while the family begins finding a different way forward together.
My special interest is relational work, including couples counseling, premarital counseling, family therapy, parent-teen relationships, and family transitions. I also offer Christ-centered counseling when desired. My work draws from DBT, Gottman Method principles, Structural Family Therapy and systemic thinking.
