Hello! I’m an advanced practice social worker who utilizes an eclectic approach with clients through individual therapy. I earned my master of social work degree from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. As a social worker, I use a holistic lens, recognizing the factors impacting clients at multiple levels. I meet clients where they are, while assisting them in discovering their strengths.

My passion is the empowerment of my clients, while providing empathy and a collaborative space to support them in reaching their goals. I have experience working with clients who are facing a variety of struggles.

I use interventions such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care. My flexible approach allows me to adjust treatment methods to best support my clients.
