My primary goal is to help clients find wellness, happiness, and stability while guiding them through difficult life challenges. I work through a client-centered and strengths-based lense. I am trained in EMDR. I strive to create an individualized plan with therapeutic goals and techniques that my clients can utilize during and after our time together.
