I am a Certified Eating Disorders Specialist and also help individuals with anxiety, depression and other mood disorders to improve their quality of life. I tailor my approach to fit your individual needs pulling from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Psychodynamic, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and Motivational Interviewing.
I have been in practice since 2013 and have experience working in major hospitals, partial hospital/intensive outpatient programs and outpatient therapy.
