I consider it a privilege to help children and teens navigate life's challenges. Whether your child is experiencing behavior issues, fears and worries, or having a hard time adjusting to a change in life, my goal as a counselor is to provide a comfortable, trusting environment for them to share their feelings, learn new skills, and build confidence.
I specialize in counseling children ages 3-12 using play therapy, which is a developmentally appropriate method for helping kids process their concerns using toys, art supplies, and other interactive materials. I have 14 years of extensive training and supervision in play therapy and am currently working toward my Registered Play Therapist (RPT) credential.
I bring a warm, approachable personality to our therapy sessions. I want your child to have a positive experience coming to therapy and feel comfortable opening up about their feelings and concerns. I work collaboratively with parents to find the best solutions to help your child.
