I have 20+ years of experience helping people with relationship/family issues, eating concerns, mood/anxiety disorders, interpersonal vulnerabilities and general work/life stress. I offer a therapy relationship that provides a focus on psychological wellness and a non-judgmental and collaborative environment in which to work together on personal growth and a return to a more positive and fulfilled state-of-being.
My practice specializes in assisting people make the emotional and behavioral changes they want to see in themselves. I use several Cognitive Behavioral therapies in combination with helping clients understand how their core beliefs and assumptions about themselves, life, and other people impact their life decisions today.
I have a particular interest in the dynamic interaction between people and their workplace environment and have consulted to organizations and provided training on workplace wellness. My experiences in the corporate and mental health worlds along with being a married mother of three offer unique insights as a therapist.
