As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with nearly a decade of experience in the mental health field and as a person in recovery, I am passionate about helping others. My approach to therapy is eclectic, I believe in tailoring treatment to the individual I am working with. The connection between trauma, substance abuse, and other destructive means of coping can keep us stuck and lonely. Recovery means learning to discover and nurture the path to a healthy and connected life.
