I have some immediate availability for private pay/out of network clients, and a 3-6 month waitlist for in-network insurance clients. Because my clients work on issues that take time to process and heal from, weekly openings in my schedule become available only a few times a year. The relationship between a therapist and client is one of the most important parts of the therapeutic process. By creating an environment of safety and trust through a caring and supportive therapeutic relationship, giving empathetic feedback and an outside perspective, we can together begin the work of healing by processing through difficult emotions.
I provide therapy according to the individual needs and goals of the client. Available therapeutic methods include: CBT, DBT, EMDR, Jungian/Depth/Analytic, Dream Work/Dream Interpretation, Person Centered/ Rogerian, Archetypal (James Hillman), and Transpersonal methods.
Assistance is available to heal past traumas (narcissistic, emotional, physical, spiritual), repair emotional wounds, improve relationships, process family dynamics, build self-acceptance, control emotional responses/reactions, decrease self-criticism, improve sense of self, and allow the unconscious to come into conscious awareness, all at your own pace.
