I am a bilingual (Spanish-English) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who has had the privilege of being immersed in two different cultures and ways of living since childhood. This unique background has broadened my understanding of human behavior and relationships. I am passionate about working with couples and guiding individuals as they navigate relational challenges and foster healthy interactions. I strongly believe that healing and growth are possible through safe and nurturing relationships.

I integrate discussions about sex into therapy, recognizing its role in emotional connection and relationship satisfaction. Exploring sexual intimacy can resolve misunderstandings and uncover deeper bonds. By fostering a safe, open space, I help clients approach these topics with curiosity and compassion, promoting greater understanding and closeness.

My approach is warm, humorous, and strength-based. Authenticity and creating a safe space for clients to be vulnerable and process their emotions are central to my practice. I draw from a variety of theoretical approaches, including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Gottman techniques, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
