I primarily work with children ages 3–13 experiencing anxiety, depression, big behaviors, family transitions, and/or neurodivergence, and adults exploring how early relationships may still be shaping their lives today. Families often come to me when something feels stuck. Using various child-centered interventions, I follow the child's lead and create space for healing at their own pace. For adolescents and adults, I integrate narrative and attachment-based approaches tailored to each individual's needs. At the heart of my practice is a deep respect for each person’s unique story and the belief that growth is possible at any age.
I specialize in child-centered play therapy, sand tray, and art interventions. These are modalities that let children heal through the language they know best: play! As clients grow, I integrate narrative and attachment-based approaches to support healing across the lifespan, from early childhood through adulthood.
