I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and I currently offer therapy services to individuals, couples, families and groups. In my practice we accept BCBS, Tricare, Aetna, as well as self-pay clients. I use an integrative approach including mindfulness, acceptance, and cognitive and behavioral principles as well as the humanistic and person centered approach to ensure that the right skills are used to meet your goals. I have experience working with victims of abuse and trauma, including adolescents, and I am trained in therapeutic modalities proven to work for trauma.
You may be having issues with with anxiety, anger, depression, parenting/behavior, relationships, or a rough time generally and just need someone to talk to, Let's get you back on track! Whether it's to help you with life's normal ups and downs, anxiety, stress or depression let me be of service!
I hold trainings on the prevention for child sexual abuse, human trafficking, healthy sex talk for children, and parenting. Groups are available, I have offered infertility support groups, and teen groups in the past.
