Counseling children (4+), families, and adults for 10+ years, I am experienced in a variety of diagnoses & treatment areas, but more importantly, I am centered on client care. My utmost priority is creating a strong therapeutic connection where my clients feel heard and supported.
I often approach therapy from a systems perspective, recognizing each client not only has personal growth to achieve but also thrives best when involving their support system in that growth process. Additionally, my experience in both clinical outpatient & school counseling allows me to understand both worlds and offer ideas to bring progress in each domain.
