Traditional talk therapy can have its limits because words alone aren't always enough to heal. I’ve helped people over the years with trauma-related disorders, chronic pain, anxiety, and depression. I’m deeply curious about people, our similarities and differences, what makes us tick, and what gets us stuck. I love working with intergenerational trauma and helping people to see and feel their whole humanity.
Time spent in the process is valued, and although the nature of this work is slow, the positive impact of embodied work ripples beyond our time together. With 10 years of private practice experience (and prior to that. 5 years of hospice experience), I’m not shy about being direct because your time and quality of life matters.
