This is especially true of the therapeutic relationship, where multicultural awareness, kindness, empathy, and understanding are the building blocks for growth. I intend to walk alongside each of my clients to validate their experiences, reflect on their personal stories, and help them gain clarity and insight to advance their wellness and healing goals.
I am interested in working with individuals (adults and seniors) and couples from multiculturally diverse backgrounds who experience relational challenges, anxiety, depression, life-stage and career transitions, identity struggles, and trauma recovery. I practice an integrated psychodynamic approach and incorporate somatic attunement.
Healing is possible when you feel seen, understood, and validated without judgment. I value those seeking to build resilience and find inner strength to navigate life's challenges and divisive environments.
