Hi, I'm Natalie, LMFT and for the past four years, I've had the privilege of helping teens, adults, families, and couples overcome challenges and transform their lives. Whether you're facing trauma, struggling with communication or boundaries, or navigating unhealthy relationships, depression, or anxiety, I’m here to guide you toward deep, lasting healing. My passion is empowering individuals ready to break free from the patterns holding them back, whether those patterns stem from past trauma, negative thought cycles, or unresolved emotions so they can experience meaningful, transformative change.
I provide a nonjudgemental, warm, and supportive environment with the appropriate therapeutic approach to meet your needs and comfort level. Some of my therapeutic approaches include Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Attachment-based Family Therapy, psychodynamic theory, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
