Welcome. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Michigan and Arizona, U.S. Army Veteran, and former first responder. I understand the weight that trauma, hypervigilance, loss, burnout, and survival mode can place on your mind, relationships, and sense of self—because I’ve lived in those environments too. I’m trained in EMDR, Prolonged Exposure (PE) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), the trifecta of evidence-based approaches, to help you process traumatic experiences instead of simply surviving them.
I specialize in working with veterans, active military, first responders, individuals recovering from trauma, and Domestic Violence Intervention. I offer a 52-week Men's Batterer Intervention Program (BIP) focused on accountability, ending abusive behaviors, and building respectful, nonviolent relationships. Court-ordered or volunteers welcome.
Everyone has a story, and many people spend years carrying theirs alone. While I may not know your exact path, I understand what it means to carry experiences that change you. My goal is to help you regain control, reconnect with yourself and the people you care about, and move forward with strength—not just survival.
