I’m a licensed clinical psychologist passionate about helping clients find their authentic selves. As a second-generation American from a vibrant Latinx community, I bring personal and professional experience in addressing complex trauma, depression, anxiety, and interpersonal challenges. I feel deep meaning in working with trauma survivors, women, Latinx, first-generation Americans, emerging adults (18-25), college students, and veterans. Together, we’ll identify your core values and remove barriers preventing you from a meaningful life. You’ll cultivate self-compassion and skills to face unique life circumstances.

I use evidence-based therapies, particularly Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), a gold standard approach with strong research support. ACT helps you develop a healthier relationship with your thoughts and emotions, gives a framework to identify what a meaningful life looks like to you, and equips you with the skills to walk that path.

I understand healing can feel daunting, but it’s one of the most worthwhile journeys you can take. I’m here to offer support with empathy, respect, and encouragement.
