As an expressive arts therapist, I am dedicated to helping children and adolescents navigate their emotions, find their voice, and discover their true selves. I believe that the arts provide a powerful outlet for expression, allowing us to tap into our innermost thoughts and feelings. In our sessions, I create a safe and inclusive space for your child to explore their internal world. Through various art forms, we delve into the depths of their experiences, unraveling emotions that may have been held tightly within. My approach is holistic and strength-based, tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual or group.
While I have extensive experience working with neurodivergent children and individuals struggling with eating disorders, separation/divorce, life transitions, anxiety, and depression, my doors are open to all who seek support and growth. You don't need to have any prior art experience to benefit from expressive arts therapy.

These FREE bi-monthly groups are a safe and creative space for LGBTQIA+ identifying teens and tweens. *This is not a therapy group* Group sessions are led by Natalia Torres del Valle, MA, Registered Expressive Arts Therapist #2104. Interest in any art form is welcome. Basic visual art materials are provided and teens/tweens are encouraged to bring supplies to express themselves in their favorite artistic medium (e.g. visual, music, writing, movement, drama).
