Thank you for stopping by! Allow me to tell you a little bit about how I can help. Being a tri-cultural / tri-lingual Russian/English/Spanish individual, I am able to interact effectively with people of different cultures and socio-economic backgrounds. I create a safe space where we work together on identifying and reaching your goals. Clients have sought me out to heal their anxiety, hopelessness, depression, low self-esteem, unruly emotions, worries, dissatisfaction with life and relationships. It is a true joy to see my clients achieve their goals.
I graduated as a Psychologist from The Volgograd State Pedagogical University, Russia and received my MA degree in counseling from The University of Texas at El Paso, U.S. I specialize on anxiety disorders and relationship issues.
Clients describe me as authentic, humane, insightful, with sense of humor and easy to talk to. I am passionate about therapy and how it can improve people's lives.
