I am Natalia Piszczek, a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional with over 8 years of experience within the mental health field. I am passionate about helping individuals with various presenting concerns such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, poor coping skills as well as low self-esteem, life transitions, and chronic stress. My previous work experience mainly included working with individuals and families with low income along with the previously mentioned concerns. This, coupled with living with a physical disability, enables me to provide the guidance and support clients are seeking.
I earned my bachelor's degree in Psychology, a minor in Art, and my master's degree in Clinical Counseling at Alvernia University. Through my professional experiences, I utilize various techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Person-Centered, and Solution-Focused Therapy but I learn more to help you achieve your goals.
