I approach therapy with the understanding that healing and growth take time and that a strong therapeutic relationship is essential for meaningful progress to happen. Trust develops through consistency, openness, and a sense of safety. I prioritize creating a supportive environment where clients feel respected, heard, and able to show up fully as themselves. We’ll work collaboratively to build insight into your thoughts, emotions, and behavioral patterns through a blend of self-reflection, thoughtful challenging, mindfulness, and actionable goal-setting to create meaningful change.
I specialize in supporting Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Complex Trauma/PTSD, Substance Use, LGBTQIA+ mental health, Relationship Issues, and more. I use evidence-based and trauma-informed interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Feminist Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
