My passion is supporting first responders in the state of Florida by providing targeted mental health outreach and education to address work-related stressors. I have completed the UCF-Restores Redline and Blueline Cultural Competency Training.
Through community workshops, training sessions, and outreach programs, I educate first responders about mental health challenges like PTSD, burnout, and compassion fatigue, reducing stigma and encouraging help-seeking behaviors. In therapy, I build strong, trusting relationships, creating a safe and compassionate space where first responders feel empowered.
