Hi there, I'm Natalia! I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in San Francisco. I hope to bring a compassionate and "client-centered" approach to therapy for my clients. I work with adolescents and adults with a focus on anxiety, stress, and eating disorders. I also enjoy integrating psychoeducation into my sessions, providing valuable insights and resources that enable clients to develop a deeper understanding
Following a "step-down approach", my goal is to create a safe and non-judgmental space that enables my clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences, facilitating personal growth and transformation. My communication style is calm, personable, and collaborative.
Although in the first session we establish some goals for treatment, they can evolve and change as we move through our sessions together. Goals can be great for accountability and measuring progress, but I like to encourage exploration and experimentation around those goals as our rapport builds.
