I bring experience in social services supporting clients in harmful relationships, building relational skills & enhancing safety. Being fully seen & understood is a uniquely liberating experience. My emphatic approach, warmth, and attuned listening help create a safe space where you can relax. As you become freer, you become compassionate, ultimately approaching your concerns effectively & more creatively. I am committed to providing services that are trauma-informed, culturally-sensitive, & inclusive of diverse identities, expressions & practices.
I work with adults, teens, & couples presenting with trauma, depression/anxiety, family/relationship conflicts, identity/gender issues, & LGBTQ issues. As a bilingual and bi-cultural therapist, I also enjoy working with women & people of color around issues including race/discrimination, family separation, other immigration difficulties, & acculturation.
I am a native Spanish speaker thrilled to be connecting with fellow Latinos, communities of color, and multi-racial folks. Spanglish is welcomed.
