Welcome to Catalyst Counseling Solutions! My counseling approach is focused on working toward solutions to move you forward and to thrive; not to continue to remain stuck. I have 13 years of experience in this field. I spent 7 of those years performing psychiatric assessments in emergency rooms with clients suffering with severe mental health & substance use concerns. I then transitioned to providing individual and group counseling to clients in residential drug and alcohol treatment for 30-90 days.

Most recently, I worked providing crisis support and brief therapy via telephone and video to clients both in the US and around the world. My clients describe me as direct, honest, & compassionate. Drawing from both professional and personal experiences, I am well-equipped to guide you through the complexities of life's challenges.
