I believe we all have the innate capacity for healing and it is not something you need to do alone. As a non-binary autistic therapist, I specialize in working with neurodivergent (especially late identified autistics and ADHDers) and queer/trans people of all ages. I am affirming of all neurodivergence, including experiences beyond ADHD and Autism like OCD, plurality/DID/OSDD, and BPD. I also often work with non-monogamous and polyamorous people and take a sex positive approach to therapy. Reaching out for support can be hard and you deserve to feel seen, valued, and understood in who you are and your story.

Whether you are experiencing the impacts of trauma, or you are wanting to learn how to better navigate the world as a queer or neurodivergent person, we can work towards tangible change in your life. I view a safe therapeutic relationship, curiosity, and collaboration as foundational aspects of therapy.

Join our virtual Queer Neurodivergent Support Group to build community, share support, and learn tools with others sharing similar experiences! Together with two queer and neurodivergent therapists, you will explore how living both of these identities impacts us as humans in a world that centers cis-het neurotypical people. Are you a trans, nonbinary, or GNC teen wanting to connect with others your age who understand what it’s like to be trans* in the south? Our group will provide an affirming space for teens navigating life as a trans* teen in TN. The group will facilitate connection among participants, offering an environment where members can share their experiences, explore identity, and gain insight into how being trans* influences their experiences as a teen. Through discussion and activities, the group will encourage self-discovery, connection, and coping skills to make navigating life as a trans* teen a bit easier.
