Finding a way to make meaning in life is a remedy for much of what bothers people in the modern world. Depression, anxiety and feeling stuck recede as meaning increases. When we lose sight of it, we stagnate. We hold onto what feels safe, ignoring that this is the very thing that keeps us from moving forward, from overcoming our problems. Seeking meaning in life is where we get direction, motivation and satisfaction.

I work with clients who feel something is missing in their lives - with work, relationships or where they find themselves. I help people find something deeper. My clients vary widely. People working in technology, parents and those struggling with addiction are often a good fit.

If you feel a need to have a deeper experience of life or that trying to shake off what's bothering you just isn't working, please contact me for a free initial session.
