There are times in life when we encounter pressures and difficulties that not only challenge our ability to cope and adapt in healthy and effective ways, but that also leave us feeling either out of touch with, and/or out of alignment with our truest, most authentic selves. Our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health and well-being can often suffer as a result. As a licensed clinical psychologist with specialized training and expertise in treating issues related to physical health and spirituality, I am deeply passionate about providing evidenced-based psychotherapy that respects and honors the whole person.
In my work with clients I approach each issue from an integrative, holistic perspective. I create and hold safe and sacred space from which clients are able to cultivate greater self-awareness, self-expression, self-regulation, self-compassion, self-care, embodiment, empowerment, authenticity, vitality, value-based living, meaning and purpose.
If anything above feels like it resonates with you, I'd like to invite you to contact me for a free phone consultation. Our conversation will give us both the opportunity to get a sense of what working together might be like, and help us determine if the services I offer would be well matched to your needs.
