My approach is trauma-informed and person-centered. I believe that you know yourself best and have the inner resources to make meaningful changes in your life. I offer a safe and non-judgmental space in which you can feel heard and valued. I use EMDR therapy and techniques from mindfulness practices, CBT and DBT to support your healing process.
