Each of our therapists are trained in a range of modalities, as: Attachment-based, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic, Mindfulness, Trauma-focused, and more. Working extensively with eating and related disorders, we take a Health in Every Size (HAES) and Intuitive Eating (IE) approach with our clients.
