In my over 15 years in the field, working in a variety of settings, I have honed an Integrated holistic perspective that encompasses a variety of approaches including CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, positive psychology, solution focused, strength based, and psychoeducation that allows for individualized treatment to each client.
It is my goal to meet each client where they are at so that they feel listened to, respected, and ultimately, helped. To facilitate this, I provide each client with an empathic, safe, and supportive space to learn and develop the skills needed to reach their desired goals and to promote overall well-being.
