Healing is never a linear journey; and often we need to give ourselves permission to heal from the same things more than once. My approach is compassionate, relational, and direct. I guide clients to peer beneath and beyond their perspectives to examine how and where those perspectives formed. From this depth, I aid them in discovering and/or creating new ways of relating to their lives, themselves, and others.
