I have years of experience in helping people improve their lives, reach their goals and find healing. I excel in rapport building and utilize person centered therapy to guide the therapeutic relationship.
I primarily work with adults doing individual therapy, however, my work history includes working as a counselor for kids in an inpatient hospital setting, supporting adults as a crisis clinician, and leading groups that included art therapy, healing from depression, and managing anxiety.
